Deenie is comming to visit in 2 weeks and my roomate is moving in this weekend. I have so much fucking stuff to do its scarry. I never put my house back together after the painting. I just left everything in the garage. I have to not only wire my house back up for cable and internet but I also have to set up my computers in the spare room. I’m going to set up my spare bed in thier to sleep on while deenie is here, she can have my bed since its nicer. Crap how warm is my room going to be its getting hot fast.
I get paid Monday so I’m going to go buy new dishes then, Im just going to throw away my current ones they dont mactch very good anymore. I’ll keep the bowls I like them. I got new silver wear 2 weeks ago, I somehow ran out of forks…
I have to get back to work, so more later.

When I realized how much money I spent on tickets I started worrying. So I filled out my expense sheet. Normally it takes up to 2 weeks to get money back, the fastest was 5 days, but I just got my money and its only been 1 day. Kick ass I have money again.

Why cant they come up with a way for guys to figure out when to stay away from women? A watch that has a themometer on the band so you can put your arm around her and find out if its time to run and hide, or if she’s safe. Hell if it warns you she was about to start PMSing and sounds an alarm (the old bugle retreat seems like a good choice to me)
Friday night
Friday night was my friend Jens last day at work. I got drunk, and made a fool of myself. Nothing bad but apparently I was pretty loud. I remember it all but I didnt think I was being that loud until today when 4 different people brought it up.
It was a fun night and its not like I made myself look bad in front of some girl I’m wanting to get together with. I ended up staying thier since I just didnt feel like sobering up. I added a few drunk as pictures to my Gallery.

HOWTO: Overlap Recordings.
WARNING: I have only tested this on one machine and I am now going to bed. Those of you who can test this right away and care about this try it out.
Have you ever missed the end of a recording because the channel was changed to record another show. Or had to start another show to watch the end of the one you were watching? If you have enough tuners you can use this to make sure the ending and begginings are recorded.
Make all the RecordOrder, RecordPrefered, WatchOrder, WatchPrefered registry keys on all tuners the same. I chose 3.
If you know how to do that you can skip the rest. The Keys were played with in other posts to make sure certain tuners were used to record using a certain tuner but I think this is a better use.
WARNING: This involves editing your registry. Its a simple change but be careful.
Start Regedit and go to this key
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Service\Video\Tuners\{A799A800-A46D-11D0-A18C-00A02401DCD4}
There will be 1 key for each tuner you have under that key. Open one and you should see something like this.
Click on UserSettings and then make all the RecordOrder, RecordPrefered, WatchOrder, WatchPrefered registry keys on all tuners the same. I chose 3. It should look like this.
Then click on the next tuner. You will need to set them all to the same value. In this case 3. Most people will only have 2.
The reason this works is simple. When MCE starts a recording it checks 2 things, the recordings priority, and the tuners priority. If you have enough tuners, and they are all the same priority level, it will jsut take the next free tuner.
